Turn on your Mac mini and connect it to Wi-Fi or Ethernet
Sign in with your Apple ID during setup
On the Apps & Data screen, choose Restore from iCloud Backup
Enter your Apple ID and password
Select the iCloud backup you want to restore
Wait for the restore process to complete
Keep your Mac mini connected to power and internet during the restore
If your Mac mini is already set up, open System Settings
Go to Apple ID
Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the backup
Turn on iCloud services you want to sync
Use Migration Assistant if you need to transfer data from another device or backup
Open Migration Assistant from Applications > Utilities
Choose to transfer from a Mac, Time Machine backup, or startup disk
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transfer
