Press the Schlage button
Enter your access code
Wait for the lock to secure
If enabled, press the Schlage button to relock after unlocking
Use the inside thumbturn or lever to lock manually from inside
Check that the bolt is fully extended before leaving
Confirm the keypad lights or beeps indicate the lock is secured
