Open the Amazon Prime Video app on your TV
Go to Settings or the gear icon
Select Account and Settings
Choose Sign Out or Deregister
Confirm the sign-out if prompted
If no sign-out option appears, go to Amazon account settings on a web browser
Open Your Devices
Select the TV or streaming device
Choose Deregister or Remove
Restart the TV app if needed
