Open the Amazon Prime Video app on your TV
Go to Settings or the gear icon
Select Account and Settings
Choose Sign Out
Confirm Sign Out if prompted
If no sign-out option appears, go to Amazon website on a phone or computer
Sign in to your Amazon account
Open Manage Your Content and Devices
Select Devices
Find your TV or streaming device
Choose Deregister or Remove Device
Restart the Prime Video app on your TV
