Open the email app on your phone
Tap the profile icon or menu
Go to Settings
Select the email account you want to remove
Tap Remove account or Sign out
Confirm the action
If needed, remove the account from your phone’s main settings
On Android, go to Settings > Accounts > select the email account > Remove account
On iPhone, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > select the account > Delete Account
If the email app does not have a logout option, remove the account from the device settings
