Soak the area in warm, soapy water
Apply acetone or nail polish remover with acetone
Use a cotton swab to dab the glue
Gently peel or roll the softened glue away
Use a plastic scraper or fingernail to lift residue
Apply petroleum jelly or oil to loosen the bond
Repeat acetone application if needed
Wash the area thoroughly after removal
Seek medical help if glue is on eyes, lips, or inside the mouth
