Cut a length of wired ribbon
Fold the ribbon into two equal loops
Cross the loops in the center
Pinch the center tightly
Twist the ribbon at the pinch point
Form additional loops on each side if desired
Keep the wired edges aligned and even
Secure the center with floral wire, twist tie, or thin string
Fluff and shape the loops
Adjust the tails to the desired length
Trim the tail ends at an angle or notch them
Bend the wire edges to hold the final shape
