Take a sheet of paper
Fold it in half lengthwise
Unfold it
Fold the top and bottom edges toward the center crease
Fold the paper in half lengthwise again
Cut or trim the ends into pointed or angled shapes if desired
Fold the strip into a loop and secure the ends with glue or tape
Pinch the center of the loop
Wrap a small paper strip around the pinched center
Secure the center strip with glue or tape
Fluff and shape the loops to form the bow
