Sign in to your Steam account

Select Purchases

Choose the game you want to refund

Click I would like a refund

Select the reason for the refund

Choose how you want the refund returned

Submit the request

Wait for Steam to review and process it

Make sure the game was purchased within 14 days and played less than 2 hours
