Gather 7 popsicle sticks, 1 rubber band, 1 plastic spoon, and tape
Stack 5 popsicle sticks together
Wrap a rubber band tightly around both ends of the stack
Place 1 popsicle stick on top of the stack, crossing near one end
Secure that stick with a rubber band
Tape a plastic spoon to the free end of the top stick
Place a small lightweight object in the spoon
Press down on the spoon and release to launch the object
