Press Shift + Command + 5
Choose Record Entire Screen or Record Selected Portion
If recording a portion, drag to select the area
Click Record
Click Stop in the menu bar or press Control + Command + Esc
Find the recording in the location shown in the options panel (or by default in the Desktop)
