You cannot craft an End Crystal in the real world.
In Minecraft, place 7 glass, 1 Eye of Ender, and 1 Ghast Tear in the crafting table.
Arrange the items with glass in all slots except the center and bottom-middle.
Place the Eye of Ender in the center slot.
Place the Ghast Tear in the bottom-middle slot.
