You cannot craft a lead with lasso in Minecraft
To make a lead, use 4 string and 1 slimeball
Place the string in the top-left, top-right, middle-left, and bottom-right slots
Place the slimeball in the center slot
Move the lead to your inventory
To get a lead without crafting, find it in woodland mansions or ancient cities, or trade for it from wandering traders
