Open the Deck Editor from the main menu
Select an empty deck slot or choose to create a new deck
Enter a deck name if prompted
Add cards from your card list to the Main Deck
Add cards to the Extra Deck if available
Remove any unwanted cards from the deck
Save the deck
Set the new deck as your active deck if needed
