Gather a sheet of paper
Fold the paper in half lengthwise
Unfold it
Fold both long edges toward the center crease
Fold the paper in half again lengthwise
Cut a small notch in the middle of one side
Pinch the center of the paper
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the center
Secure the strip with glue or tape
Fluff out both sides to form the bow loops
Adjust the loops and tails as needed
