Get one sheet of paper
Cut a rectangle strip from the paper
Fold the strip lengthwise
Cut the top end into two equal blades
Fold the bottom end into a small weight or paper clip it
Bend the two blades in opposite directions
Hold the bottom and drop it from above
Watch it spin as it falls
