Open the Apple Music app
Go to the Library tab
Tap Playlists
Tap New Playlist or the plus icon
Enter a playlist name
Add a description if desired
Tap Add Music
Search for songs, albums, or artists
Tap the plus icon next to each song you want to add
Tap Done when finished
Reorder songs if needed
Tap Done or Save to finish
Your playlist will appear in your Library
