Gather 1 Blaze Powder
Place Blaze Powder in the Brewing Stand fuel slot
Place the Water Bottle in one of the Brewing Stand bottle slots
Add Nether Wart to make an Awkward Potion
Add Sugar to the Awkward Potion to make a Potion of Swiftness
Use Redstone to make it last longer, if desired
Use Glowstone Dust to make it stronger, if desired
