Press PrtScn to copy the full screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows key + PrtScn to save the full screen as a file
Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select an area
Open Paint, Word, or another app and press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot
Save the pasted image if needed
Open Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch from the Start menu and take a screenshot
Use the Game Bar with Windows key + G and click the capture button
On some laptops, press Fn + PrtScn if the PrtScn key requires Fn
