Open Steam and sign in
Go to Steam Settings
Open the Family or Family Sharing section
Create or join a Steam Family
Invite the people you want to add
Have each person accept the invitation
Set up parental controls if needed
Choose which games and permissions to share
Confirm the family members are added successfully
