Find a villager and a zombie in a safe, enclosed area
Set the game difficulty to Hard or Normal
Let the zombie attack the villager until the villager turns into a zombie villager
Keep the villager and zombie contained so they do not escape
Use a weakness potion and a golden apple if you want to cure the zombie villager afterward
