How To Make Aloo Paratha?

Boil 3-4 medium potatoes until soft

Peel and mash the potatoes

Add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, and amchur powder

Mix well to make the filling

Prepare dough with whole wheat flour, water, salt, and a little oil

Knead the dough until smooth

Divide the dough into equal portions

Divide the potato filling into equal portions

Roll one dough portion into a small circle

Place a portion of filling in the center

Gather the edges and seal it

Flatten gently and dust with flour

Roll it carefully into a paratha

Heat a tawa or skillet

Place the paratha on the hot tawa

Cook until small bubbles appear

Flip and apply ghee or oil

Cook both sides until golden brown

Serve hot with curd, butter, or pickle
