Open Avast
Go to Settings
Open General
Open Notifications
Turn off email notifications
Open Privacy settings
Disable marketing emails
Open your Avast account
Unsubscribe from promotional emails
Check your email inbox for Avast messages
Click Unsubscribe in any Avast email
Save the changes
If needed, contact Avast Support and request email removal
