3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Whisk balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until emulsified
