Open Twitch and go to Creator Dashboard
Find your stream key in the settings or stream settings section

Open your streaming software
Add Twitch as your streaming service or paste the stream key into the software
Set your video and audio sources
Choose your microphone, camera, game, or screen capture
Adjust stream settings such as resolution, bitrate, and frame rate
Create a stream title, category, and tags on Twitch
Test your audio and video before going live
Click Start Streaming in your software
Monitor chat and stream health from Twitch or your streaming software
End the stream from your software when finished
Review your stream analytics and recordings after the stream
