How To Make Besan Ke Laddu?

Heat 1 cup ghee in a heavy pan on low flame

Add 2 cups besan and roast continuously

Keep roasting until the besan turns golden brown and gives a nutty aroma

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly

Add 1 cup powdered sugar

Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Add chopped nuts if desired

Mix well until combined

While the mixture is still warm, shape into small round laddus

Let the laddus cool and set

Store in an airtight container
