Brew 2 shots of espresso
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar to a glass or shaker
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons hot water
Stir until the brown sugar dissolves
Add a pinch of cinnamon if desired
Fill the shaker or glass with ice
Pour in the espresso
Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds
Fill a serving glass with ice
Pour the shaken espresso over the ice
Add milk or oat milk if desired
Serve immediately
