4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug
Add the milk, oil, and vanilla
Stir until smooth and well combined
Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds
Check that the cake is set in the center
Let it cool for 1 to 2 minutes
Eat directly from the cup or mug
