Brew strong coffee and let it cool
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
Stir in the cooled coffee
Mix until just combined
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes
Check doneness with a toothpick
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes
Remove the cake from the pan and cool completely
Dust with powdered sugar or frost if desired
