Place 7 iron ingots in a cauldron shape:
Put 3 iron ingots across the top row
Put 1 iron ingot in the middle-left slot
Put 1 iron ingot in the middle-right slot
Put 2 iron ingots in the bottom-left and bottom-right slots
Leave the bottom-middle slot empty
Take the cauldron from the result slot
