Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper
Cut cauliflower into florets
Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it becomes fine rice-like crumbs
Microwave or steam the cauliflower rice until tender
Let the cauliflower cool slightly
Place the cooked cauliflower rice in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth
Squeeze out as much moisture as possible
Transfer the dry cauliflower to a bowl
Add 1 egg
Add 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix until well combined
Spread the mixture onto the prepared pan
Shape into a thin pizza crust
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and firm
Remove from the oven
Add pizza sauce, cheese, and desired toppings
Bake again for 8 to 10 minutes until toppings are heated and cheese is melted
Slice and serve
