Visit the official PAN correction portal of NSDL/Protean or UTIITSL
Select the PAN correction/change request option
Enter your PAN details and personal information
Choose the fields you want to change
Upload supporting documents for the requested changes
Submit the application form online
Pay the applicable correction fee
Save or print the acknowledgement receipt
Send the signed acknowledgement and required documents by post if required
Track the application status using the acknowledgement number
Receive the updated PAN card after verification and processing
