How To Make Cheese Cake?

Gather cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, graham crackers, butter, and sour cream

Preheat the oven to 325°F

Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs

Mix the crumbs with melted butter

Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan

Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes

Beat the cream cheese until smooth

Add sugar and mix until combined

Add eggs one at a time and mix gently

Add vanilla extract and sour cream

Pour the filling over the crust

Smooth the top

Bake until the center is almost set

Remove and cool completely
