Gather cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, graham crackers, butter, and sour cream
Preheat the oven to 325°F
Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs
Mix the crumbs with melted butter
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan
Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes
Beat the cream cheese until smooth
