Cook chicken breast or thighs until fully done
Slice or shred the chicken
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, or your preferred spices
Warm tortillas or wraps
Prepare fillings such as lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, cheese, avocado, or salsa
Spread sauce on each tortilla, such as mayo, ranch, hummus, or yogurt sauce
Add chicken to the center of each tortilla
Add the prepared fillings on top
Fold in the sides of the tortilla
Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap
Slice in half if desired
Serve immediately
