How To Make Chocolate Chip Biscuits?

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F

Line a baking tray with parchment paper

In a bowl, mix 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt

In another bowl, cream 1/2 cup softened butter with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth

Beat in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined

Stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Add 2 to 4 tablespoons milk if the dough is too dry

Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking tray

Flatten slightly with your fingers or a spoon

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden

Let the biscuits cool on the tray for a few minutes

Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
