Gather cardboard, scissors, glue, a pencil, a ruler, a marker, and a brad pin or paper fastener
Cut a large circle from the cardboard
Cut two or three cardboard strips for the clock hands
Cut a small circle for the center of the hands
Mark the numbers 1 to 12 evenly around the edge of the circle
Write or draw the numbers on the clock face
Make a small hole in the center of the clock face
Make a hole in the center of each clock hand
Place the hands on the center hole in the order of hour hand, minute hand, and center circle
Insert the brad pin or paper fastener through all the holes
Spread the fastener at the back so the hands can move
Decorate the clock face if desired
Test moving the hands to show different times
