Open Roblox Studio
Create or choose a clothing template
Use an image editor to design the clothing
Save the design as a PNG file
Go to the Roblox website
Open the Create page
Select the clothing upload section
Upload the PNG file
Pay the required upload fee if needed
Name the clothing item
Submit the item for review
Wait for approval
Equip or sell the clothing after approval
