Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons oil
Add 1/4 cup water gradually and form a dough
Knead briefly until smooth
Roll the dough very thin on a floured surface
Cut into cracker shapes
Place on a baking sheet
Prick each cracker with a fork
Sprinkle with salt or desired seasonings
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden and crisp
Cool completely before serving
