How to Make Crispy Chicken Strips?

Cut chicken breasts into even strips

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika

Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs or panko

Dredge each strip in flour

Dip each strip in beaten eggs

Coat each strip in breadcrumbs or panko

Press the coating onto the chicken to help it stick

Let the coated strips rest for 10 to 15 minutes

Heat oil in a skillet or preheat the oven to 425°F

Fry the strips until golden brown and cooked through, or bake on a greased rack until crispy

Flip halfway through cooking if baking

Drain fried strips on a wire rack or paper towels
