Use a stovetop espresso maker or moka pot
Add water to the bottom chamber up to the fill line
Fill the filter basket with finely ground espresso coffee
Do not tamp the coffee grounds
Assemble the moka pot tightly
Place it on medium heat
In a cup, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar
Brew the coffee until the first strong stream comes out
Pour a small amount of the brewed coffee into the sugar
Whisk vigorously until it becomes thick and pale
Continue brewing the rest of the coffee
Pour the remaining coffee into the whipped sugar mixture
Stir to combine
Serve immediately in small cups
