Boil the milk

Let the milk cool until it is lukewarm

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of curd or yogurt as a starter for 1 cup of milk

Mix gently

Cover the container

Keep it in a warm place for 6 to 8 hours or overnight

Check if the milk has set into curd

Refrigerate the curd after it sets
