Wash and dry fresh strawberries completely
Melt milk chocolate or dark chocolate until smooth
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate
Place the dipped strawberries on parchment paper
Let the chocolate set slightly
Melt pistachio cream or pistachio spread until smooth
Drizzle or spoon the pistachio mixture over the chocolate-coated strawberries
Sprinkle crushed kataifi, shredded phyllo, or toasted filo pastry on top
Add chopped pistachios over the strawberries
Drizzle with more melted chocolate if desired
Chill until fully set
Serve cold
