Bring your soup, stew, or broth to a gentle simmer
In a bowl, combine 2 cups Bisquick mix and 2/3 cup milk
Stir just until a soft dough forms
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the simmering liquid
Keep the dumplings small and evenly spaced
Cover the pot tightly with a lid
Simmer without lifting the lid for 10 to 15 minutes
Check that the dumplings are cooked through and no longer doughy in the center
Serve immediately
