Preheat oven to 325°F
Grease a silicone muffin pan or ramekins
Blend 6 eggs, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup milk, salt, and pepper until smooth
Add cooked fillings such as bacon, ham, spinach, or peppers to the molds
Pour the egg mixture into the molds
Place the molds in a larger baking dish
Add hot water to the baking dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the molds
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool slightly
Serve warm
