Keep ears of corn in the refrigerator as soon as possible
Leave the husks on until ready to use
Place corn in a loose plastic bag or produce bag
Store in the crisper drawer
Keep away from strong-smelling foods
Use within 1 to 3 days for best quality
If already shucked, wrap tightly in plastic wrap or place in an airtight container
For longer storage, blanch and freeze the kernels or whole ears
Do not wash until just before cooking or eating
