2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Chopped cilantro for topping
Lime wedges for serving
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, melted butter, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl
Add warm corn kernels and stir to coat
