Create a Twitch account and enable two-factor authentication
Become eligible for emotes by meeting Twitch Partner, Affiliate, or Subscriber emote requirements
Open Twitch Creator Dashboard
Go to Settings
Select Affiliate or Partner settings
Open Emotes
Choose the emote slot you want to fill
Upload your emote image
Use a square image file
Follow Twitch size requirements
Use a transparent background if needed
Make sure the emote is clear at small sizes
Save and submit the emote
Wait for Twitch approval
Repeat for additional emote slots
Use approved emotes in chat once they are available
