Get a sheet of paper
Fold it in half lengthwise
Unfold it
Fold the top left corner to the center crease
Fold the top right corner to the center crease
Fold the new top edges to the center again
Fold the paper in half along the center crease
Fold one corner down to form a triangle
Tuck the triangle into the pocket to lock it
Repeat on the other end if needed
Press all folds firmly
Shape it into a small ball or oval
Tape the edges if you want it tighter
Use it as a paper football for flicking on a table
