Roast beef
Hoagie rolls or French rolls
Beef broth or au jus
Butter
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Black pepper
Provolone cheese, optional
Horseradish, optional
Warm the beef broth with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
Slice the rolls and butter the insides
Toast the rolls until lightly browned
Warm the roast beef in the broth or in a skillet
Place the roast beef into the toasted rolls
Add provolone cheese if desired
Serve with the warm broth for dipping
