How To Make Garlic Sauce?

Peel 6 to 8 garlic cloves

Mince or crush the garlic into a paste

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix in 1 egg white or 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Slowly whisk in 1 cup oil a few drops at a time

Keep whisking until the sauce thickens

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water if needed to loosen the sauce

Stir in more lemon juice or salt to taste

Serve immediately or chill until ready to use
